Andre Charest

Andre Charest began his career in 1995 in the flat rolled steel industry, where he held various executive roles, including Director of Business Development and Vice President of Sales at companies like Nova Steel and Maksteel. His expertise in contract negotiation with OEMs and manufacturers led him to a successful transition into the hard manufacturing sector in 2009, where he became Vice President of Sales at Cargowall, providing finished steel components for multiple industries.

In 2011, Andre became President of North America for Terrafix, a German solar racking company, where he played a key role in a 135MW solar installation project. He continued to expand his experience in solar and renewable energy through leadership positions at Ideematec GmbH and later ReGen Resource Recovery, where he developed business relationships, supply chains, and process flows. His technical acumen in resource recovery and expertise in operational development has been instrumental in driving innovation and successful projects.
