David Pathe has 17 years of leadership experience in the mining industry, having most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sherritt International Corporation.  Mr. Pathe has extensive experience financing and executing large-scale resource projects as well as in negotiating and operating joint ventures and other operations.  Prior to entering the resource industry, Mr. Pathe practiced corporate and securities law in Toronto, London, and Paris.
