Richard Shao holds a PhD from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Sciences from National Taiwan University in Chemical Engineering, along with an MBA in Finance, Technology Management, from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He has more than three decades of experience developing and managing innovative products and processes through previous employment at GrafTech International Holdings and Honeywell Aerospace. Richard is currently a Principal at SAC Advanced Materials Ltd., consulting on new carbon/graphite and raw materials product development in Cleveland.
